We provide a customized coaching experience that supports and builds your emotional intelligence capacity. During the coaching engagement, we will co-create and foster an environment that allows you to develop greater self-awareness, identify and align to your core values, and expand your perspectives and discover new possibilities beyond what you had initially identified for success.

Our coaching approach is also fundamentally aligned with the Co-Active® coaching philosophy and a strengths-based approach. We hold each client as being naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. We work with our clients to recognize and leverage their talents and strengths. We start out with these premises to facilitate and accelerate each person's development so that they can be successful in their life and in their role within your organization.

Discovery Call
Coaching Agreement
Coaching Sessions

Conducting a discovery session to learn more about you, your role, gain organizational context on strategic priorities and any discuss specific goals you have. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions and assess whether or not working with us would be a 'good fit' for you.

We will also provide an overview of what the coaching engagement will look like and establish agreements up front to ensure the most positive and productive experience.

During our coaching sessions, we'll gather data through individualized assessments and engage you in additional pertinent exercises and activities that will support each coaching conversation.

We will work closely together (with you and your leader, if applicable) to establish metrics and review the effectiveness and progress made during each coaching session.

We will also solicit and welcome feedback.
